September 2018 Wrap-Up

Wreath

Another great reading month! I read 4 1/2 books!

38490718First Lessons

My Rating: 2 Stars

First Lessons was interesting, but only if it was half a book. It’s a bout a woman who dies and wakes up in another women’s body AND in another world AND in medieval times! It was very interesting to see how the main character invented things to make her world more modern. But that was literally the whole book. My full review is HERE.

My Rating: 3 Stars

This one was so cute!! A perfect, light, sci-fi romance! I read this one in a day. I thought it was a unique take on how to fix a failing colony on a planet in the middle of nowhere space! I am on a blog tour for this on October 12! So look out for my full review then!

My Rating: 3.5 Stars

This one was super interesting! I liked the writing, the story, and the magic. I didn’t like the character chemistry. They seemed like they didn’t like each other. And it got annoying how angsty they were. You can find my review HERE.

So these next two books I am going to call honorable mentions. I finally, FINALLY finished Voyager. It’s taken me six months on audioble because my son repeats things and talks. I was afraid to listen to it in the car. He already says things that I have no idea where he gets them from.  He’s two and a half. The next one is the one I am calling my half. And that is For A Muse of Fire. I am so close to being done! It’s so good!!

What did you read this month?

I have loved reading ever since I can remember. As a child, I often heard the words, "Please put down your book for one second!" That still hasn't changed as an adult! I am always reading at least two books and I will always have one on me!
